The 4. AQUA FESTIVAL 2009 in Česká Lípa will take place with a large International participation, Conferences (Heiko Bleher will give 3 lectures), exhibition and unique championships of Discus, Angelfishes and Labyrinth fishes, from 3-6 September, 2009.
