Germany – Wiesbaden, 1968
The very first Interzoo Heiko Bleher has participated was less than one year after he had transferred his company of ornamental fishes and aquarium plants, Aquarium Rio, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Heiko Bleher displayed one very large aquarium and for the first time in history placing 3000 Cardinal tetras in a single aquarium and in addition 500 by him recentlty discovered brilliant rummy nose tetras (later described as Hemigrammus bleheri Géry & Mahnert, 1987).
