A New Revision of the Swordplant Genus Echinodorus Richard, 1848 (Alismataceae) by Karel Rataj
Abstract
This paper deals with the taxonomy of 62 species, 2 subspecies, 2 varieties, 4 new species, and 2 new combinations. 54 species, subspecies, and varieties are cultivated by the author and the diagnoses have been corrected from live plants. The cultivated species are briefly characterised as aquarium or terrarium plants.
